Los Angeles Children’s Theater debuts a delightful and entertaining production of ALADDIN at The Little Theater, 12420 Santa Monica Blvd in West L.A. This interactive theatrical experience plays Saturdays and Sundays at 12:00PM from September

ALADDIN combines interactive play, music, magic, and creative movement and features professional actors bringing to life this classic story.
Young Aladdin is duped by an evil sorcerer into fetching the genie’s magic lamp from the Cave of Wonder. Along the way he must overcome a number of challenges. He meets and falls in love with a beautiful princess, and encounters her grumpy, old Sultan father. Aladdin builds (with the help of the genie) a Castle of Light to satisfy the Sultan’s demands for consent to his daughter’s marriage. On his journey, Aladdin has several surprising revelations, learns magic tricks, and flies from place to place on a “magic carpet"
LACT’s ALADDIN runs approximately 45 minutes and is lively and fast-paced so that even adults are entertained.

Would you die for love? If your lover or soul mate was infected with a contagious disease would you abandon them or stay beside them and possibly be infected yourself? These are the questions that Studio Theater West’s production of “Beirut” unequivocally asks. Directed by Mark Freeman and performed by a stellar cast, Alan Bowne's “Beirut” is as timely and resonant today as it was when it was produced in the mid-1980’s.
